At University River Village you have the option of renting a room within a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom apartment.  Each resident has their own lease and pays their individual rent. All applicants are reviewed and approved independently.  That's right, you choose your own roommate and are responsible for your individual lease! All shared apartments are furnished and include wireless internet!
